Seedly Data Deletion

You are in control of your data in Seedly. Here is how to delete it.
Disconnect a connected network
In Seedly, go to Connections, open the network, and disconnect the account. This immediately removes the access token we stored and revokes our access to that Page or account. No data for that network is kept.
Delete your account and all of its data
To permanently delete your Seedly account and everything in it (workspaces, posts, drafts, schedules and connections), email contact@seedly.social from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Revoke access from Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove Seedly’s access from the platform side at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove Seedly.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove Seedly.
