Seedly Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Seedly (“Seedly”, “we”, “us”), a multi-network social publishing tool that lets you write one post and publish it to the social networks you connect. Seedly is a product operated by WP Origami, a French société par actions simplifiée (SAS). By creating an account or using Seedly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Seedly is an early-stage product, currently offered as a beta. We provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the social networks we connect to may change their own platforms and APIs, which can affect how Seedly works.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use Seedly. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Connected social networks
Seedly lets you connect accounts on third-party networks (such as Facebook, Instagram, X and Telegram) and publishes on your behalf only the content you ask it to publish, to the destinations you choose. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each network you connect. Seedly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these networks. You can disconnect any network at any time from your Connections page.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create and publish through Seedly. You grant us a limited right to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service and deliver it to the destinations you select. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish the content you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Seedly to: publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive or abusive; break the rules or terms of any connected social network; send spam or engage in inauthentic or automated mass behaviour; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
6. Fees
Seedly is currently provided free of charge while in beta. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will tell you the pricing and terms in advance, and any paid features will be optional.
7. Intellectual property
The Seedly name, logo, software and design are owned by WP Origami and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the service normally.
8. Disclaimers
Seedly is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that posts will always be delivered to third-party networks, since delivery depends on those networks and their APIs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seedly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Termination
You can stop using Seedly and delete your account at any time (see our Data deletion page). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm Seedly, its users, or third parties.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the date above, and significant changes will be communicated where reasonable. Continuing to use Seedly after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
